Cannabis Hookah Brand OOKA Presents Magic Carpet At GOAT Global
On a beautiful Thursday evening in October, OOKA threw their highly-anticipated Magic Carpet event at GOAT Global’s Westwood location in Los Angeles. The theme of the evening was Mediterranean, featuring High-Flying OOKA x seven9 cannabis hookah, Middle Eastern coffee, kabobs, and entertainment — and guests were not disappointed.
Upstairs, OOKA transformed the back patio into a real life magic carpet experience, reminiscent of the movie Aladdin. Along the back wall were all the OOKA devices lined up and ready to be used. They use a specific pod system, differentiated by Sativa, Indica, and Hybrid options. Each pod paires premium flower with a proprietary blend of terpenes, offering both flavor and consistency with each session.
Rapper YBN Nahmir Tries The OOKA And Marty Grimes's Marty Missile
The special guest of the evening was rapper YBN Nahmir, who’s best known for his viral smash hit “Rubbin Off The Paint.” Not only did he hit the OOKA, but he also tried The Marty Missile. Created by Marty Grimes, this ginormous joint holds an entire pound of weed. It also comes with a disclaimer: bring ya lungs.
What Are OOKA Team Members Saying About Magic Carpet At GOAT Global?
Trevor Simpson, Marketing and eCommerce Director at OOKA, states, “The event was a vibe and a huge success! Great venue at GOAT Global, amazing food, coffee, entertainment, and people…ohhhh and free weed. We’re excited and humbled to see how warm the reception has been to the OOKA x seven9 pod based system by the tastemakers in the cannabis scene in LA.”
The event itself was nothing short of a vibe, with OOKA’s placed all over providing the litness. The only thing is you have to be careful, as the chillness from smoking the OOKA can accidentally get you higher than you anticipated.
