Kitty Creme Brings a Luxury-Focused Infused Pre-Roll Collection to Brooklyn With Official Launch Event`
New York’s ever-expanding adult-use market is getting a little more glamorous.
Kitty Creme, a Vietnamese-American woman-founded New York brand created by entrepreneur Megan Ngo, will officially make its debut on Saturday, August 15, with a launch celebration at Matawana Dispensary in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
The event will introduce Kitty Creme’s inaugural Signature Infusions Collection, a trio of infused pre-rolls named Power Puff, Royale Highness and Crème de la Kitty.
For Ngo, the launch is about more than bringing another product line to shelves. Kitty Creme was conceived around a distinctly feminine, highly stylized vision of what a luxury New York brand could look and feel like — leaning into ornate design, fashion, hospitality and experience while carving out its own place within the state’s regulated marketplace.
“Kitty Creme was created with a vision of bringing a distinctly feminine, elevated and luxury-forward identity to New York’s regulated cannabis market,” Ngo shared in announcing the launch.
Meet Kitty Creme: A New Luxury-Focused New York Brand
From the first look at Kitty Creme, the aesthetic is unmistakable. Cream and gold tones, intricate vintage-inspired flourishes and soft pink details give the brand a visual identity that feels closer to an invitation to an elaborate tea salon than traditional industry branding.

That sensibility will carry into the Brooklyn launch.
Guests will have the opportunity to meet Ngo, experience the Kitty Creme activation, learn about the Signature Infusions Collection and connect with members of New York’s community of brands, retailers and creatives.
The evening is also expected to feature music, hospitality, finger bites and charcuterie, gifts and dedicated photo moments.
At the center of it all are Kitty Creme's first three products: Power Puff, Royale Highness and Crème de la Kitty. Together, the infused pre-rolls establish the foundation of what the company describes as its Signature Infusions Collection.
Celebrating Women Founders, Representation and New York Entrepreneurship
The debut arrives as independent founders continue to find new ways to distinguish themselves in New York's increasingly competitive regulated market.
For Ngo, Kitty Creme's identity is tied closely to entrepreneurship and representation. As a Vietnamese-American woman founder, she sees the launch as both the arrival of a new collection and an opportunity to celebrate the communities and relationships supporting the company’s growth.
“Beyond introducing the collection, this event celebrates entrepreneurship, representation, community, and the relationships we are building with New York’s licensed dispensaries,” Ngo said.
Hosting the celebration inside a Brooklyn dispensary underscores that emphasis on retail relationships. Rather than separating the brand experience from the marketplace itself, Kitty Creme is introducing its identity directly alongside the licensed businesses and consumers it hopes to grow with.
