Ali Coleman's Nightclub Nostalgia Weedsday Playlist

For his Weedsday Playlist, Ali chose nostalgic hits that reminded him of milestone memories: “Having been a DJ for 45 years, plus as a child being exposed to and continuing to immerse myself in all styles of exceptional music since the early 1970s, selecting only five songs was no easy task. However, I've decided to curate a list that resonates with the period when I first began frequenting nightclubs and enjoying the pleasure of smoking the herbals back in the late 1970s and early 1980s. These songs are a nostalgic trip down memory lane, evoking euphoric memories of dancing for 12 hours straight or spinning 8-hour DJ sets. Even [now], I couldn't resist taking a puff to commemorate those cherished memories!”

Phenomenal Handclap Band - "Judge Not (Ray Mang Disco Mix)"

One of my favorites of the 2000s, this track is an electrifying journey of pulsating beats and infectious handclaps, with contagious and uplifting lyrics that make it impossible not to move to the groove and immerse yourself in its disco-infused magic. It always takes the listeners on a euphoric dance-floor adventure.
