At the helm is East Village resident and hospitality veteran Sean Maguire, whose name is already familiar to NYC nightlife through beloved venues like 310 Bowery, Downtime, and Eastpoint. With deep roots in the neighborhood and a background as Food & Beverage Director at Spartan Race, Maguire brings a “service-first” philosophy to cannabis. His mission? To deliver an elevated experience grounded in connection, education, and community.
“The East Village has been my home for years,” Maguire says. “From the start, it was never a question of where I wanted to be: It was East Village or nowhere.”
