What is a topical?

A topical is anything you would put directly on your skin to be absorbed locally, ~ 30 seconds for your skin to absorb topicals & they are typically effective ~ 1 to 2 hours.

What can you do with CBD topicals?

  1. Inflammation- Muscle & Joint Pain

  2. Skin Irritations/Rashes (Eczema & Psoriasis)

  3. Heals Bruising

  4. Menstrual or Muscle Cramps

  5. Migraines

*Tip: Sometimes when I would feel a migraine coming on, I would use a menthol CBD topical on my temples & on the pressure points by my spine at the base of the neck, this would usually help the migraine subside at least temporarily.

How to dose?

Dosing with topicals can be a bit different than taking edibles/tinctures, there are 600mg of cannabinoids in the entire product, it’s almost impossible to get an exact dose on topicals without a serving size & the way it is absorbed through the skin, does not build the same tolerance as it does when you are metabolizing CBD internally.

Scent? Texture? Effectiveness?

Great scent, it’s peppermint, eucalyptus & lavender; which all have healing & calming properties on their own.

The texture is nice, it’s made with hemp seed oil, coconut oil & beeswax. Simple ingredients are great for people with sensitive skin (ME!) These are hydrating for the skin & the beeswax acts as a natural moisture seal for the skin.

A little goes a long way with this balm, really great on muscle & joint pain, effective quickly as well!
