Coachella Valley, CA – July 8, 2025 — In a bold move signaling the next era of innovation in cannabis agriculture, Green Horizons has signed an exclusive five-year Master Service Agreement with FOHSE Inc. (Future of Horticultural Science + Engineering), the global leader in high-performance lighting and cultivation technology. Under the agreement, FOHSE will become the sole lighting and technology provider for all cannabis-related cultivation projects on Green Horizons’ expansive 1 million square foot campus in Coachella, California.

This strategic alliance sets a new benchmark for cannabis infrastructure, bringing together two visionary companies dedicated to optimizing efficiency, maximizing yields, and reimagining sustainable production at scale.

Phase I of the collaboration begins in Q3 2025, with FOHSE outfitting Green Horizons’ 101,787 sq. ft. facility with perimeter and under-canopy lighting. But both sides are looking far beyond the basics.

“Our main goal is to increase yields, decrease cost per pound, and introduce more efficient technology specifically designed for cannabis cultivation,” said Ben Arnet, Co-Founder and President of FOHSE.

Green Horizons, led by Co-Founders Carlos “Los” Arias and Michael Meade, has already drawn significant industry attention with the success of its initial operations. The partnership with FOHSE builds on this momentum, enhancing the campus’s technological edge.

“FOHSE is more than a lighting company. They are a technology company,” Meade noted. “Los and I see Green Horizons the same way. We're elated at the partnership and the innovation to come.”
“Brett, Ben, and the entire FOHSE team are dream partners,” added CEO Los Arias. “They have a global vision and understand what creates enterprise value beyond merely producing flower and selling it. This is a moment for the industry and we’re ready to rock this.”

Looking ahead to 2026, Green Horizons’ Phase II “black label” facility will launch as a ground-up development featuring FOHSE’s next-gen fixture technology and Green Horizons’ evaporative cooling innovation—merging indoor-grade quality with disruptive greenhouse economics.
