As Offset raps, “Ric Flair Drip go ‘WOO’ on a b*tch!”
All About WWE Champion Ric Flair And Cannabis Brand Ric Flair Drip
Ric Flair will go down in history as one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time — if not the greatest. With a career spanning over 50 years, the WWE Hall of Famer (a 16-time world wrestling champion and a record-holder for multiple Wrestler of the Year titles) is best known for his iconic catchphrase “WOO!” — which to this day is a reminder of his legendary status.
Now, Ric Flair brings that same energy into the cannabis space. His line of premium cannabis products, Ric Flair Drip, launched in 2022. Developed in partnership with champion boxer Mike Tyson’s company Tyson 2.0 and multistate operator Verano Holdings, the brand’s hemp-derived offerings are available nationwide, with THC items also stocked at retailers across 13 states.
Ric Flair Comes To Jardin Las Vegas During CHAMPS Week
On Friday, February 16th, The Nature Boy made his highly-anticipated appearance at Jardin Las Vegas, one of the city’s most popular dispensaries, during CHAMPS week in Las Vegas. Located at 2900 East Desert Inn Road, Jardin not only offers the finest cannabis products for every type of consumer, but they also provide the best entertainment.
During the week of one of the cannabis industry’s premier B2B conferences with leaders and icons abounding, it was only right for Ric Flair to bless the shop with his presence. At 6pm, fans were eager to line up inside the shop for a rare opportunity to meet the legend himself, who was even kind enough to take photos with everyone who showed up.
Ric Flair's Partnership With Reina Cannabis
In addition to the Meet and Greet, Ric Flair promoted his new strains with Reina, a female and Latina-owned cannabis brand known for their exceptional flower. The packaging on the bag showcases Ric Flair in his prime, with his signature bleached hair. The word “collectible” reminds fans that this bag is worth keeping, even after the flower is smoked. Strains include Hont Monts, Slurricane, Gelato Pop, and White Truggle.
Pricilla Vilchis, CEO and founder of Reina, states, “Ric Flair is a legend, and he’s so well-respected in so many communities. He believes in cannabis and he’s passionate about the industry; that’s why Reina agreed to take him on. Now we're working wonderfully together. We've hand-selected certain dispensaries to be able to sell his product. Jardin happens to be one of the most amazing dispensaries in Nevada. Jardin is one of the best, and we want to be part of the best. So Ric Flair belongs at Jardin!”
In regards to what's special about the flower, Vilchis adds, “The fact that it's grown with love, high in nutrients, and the growers go to work every day happy to grow flower.”
The quality in Reina’s flower speaks for itself, being one of the most sought-after cannabis brands that celebrities want to partner with.
What Did Ric Flair Say About The Launch At Jardin Las Vegas?
Ric Flair shared the same sentiments: “Jardin, I'm honored to be part of the program here. Thank you for all the respect, and hope my product is worthy of the respect you give me. It's the Nature Boy, thanking Jardin Sound for promoting my product, making it more successful, and being the nicest people that I've ever done business with, outside of my great friend Priscilla. She's the hottest chick in town, but you guys are apparently the biggest ticket in town. Honored to be part of it. Looking forward to coming back. Thank you so much for all the respect, all the beautiful girls that work for you, and help make my life a better place to be. Whoever thought that at my age, I’d be as successful as I am.”
He added, “By the way, all you girls are so hot. I want you to know right now: if I was 35, I would get to know all of you in 24 hours. Woo!”
The Ric Flair Drip tagline, after all, is “We are here to party.” You can’t blame a legend for living up to that!
