What Are The Essential Party And Deep House Brunch?

There's no better celebration for Miami Music Week's milestone tenth year. This special barbeque combines the talents of the "Essential Party," the EDM event founded by renowned DJs Mark Brickman and Jay-J that has been running since 2014, and Deep House Brunch, the Los Angeles-based monthly Sunday brunch series by Billboard chart-topping DJ Scotty Boy (Scott Schroer). Over the years, both these storied sessions have engaged the best artists in House and Soul genres. During Miami Music Week and Art Basel, Essential has featured the likes of Soul Clap, Mark Farina, Miguel Migs, Doc Martin, Danny Krivit, and many others.

So, as Jay-J and Scotty Boy say, you can't miss this year's Patio Bar-B-Q! "This is more than a party," the veterans note. "It's at the heartbeat of Miami Music Week’s nightlife. It's where art aficionados and music lovers converge, where you can rub shoulders with Miami's elite, and let loose in an atmosphere charged with creativity and excitement. And let's not forget – this is Miami. The city doesn't just party; it sets trends, and this event at Higher Ground is where trends are born."

In the Living Room series, Jay-J and Mark Brickman will hold court with Hatiras, Jask, Ron Carroll, Vincent Caira, Nutritious, Dan.K, and Luis Dee, plus live performances from Lisa Shaw and Shawn Christopher.
