September's Honeysuckle Tarot Draw 2017

The HierophantThe Hierophant signals that it’s time to head back to school! Whether you’re enrolling in college, an online course, or learning a life lesson, you can be sure that the wisdom you’re gathering will be important. Hit the books, study hard, work with the teachers that show up in your life – you might be surprised at what you learn. You may also have an opportunity to  play teacher or mentor for someone else. If you do, share your knowledge freely. Help others to rise up to the next level. The Hierophant also favors traditions and rules.

This is not the time to buck the system. Instead, you may want to uphold the status quo. Or, in some cases, find a way to respect the rules, even if you’re not keen on them.  Those structures may be in place for a good reason. By honoring the traditions that are already in place, you may begin to understand why those frameworks exist.Commitment is another way to look at this card. If you’re thinking about making a commitment in your relationship, this card says: go for it! Pop the question, say yes, move in, get married – it’s all good. If  your relationship is troubled, this might also be the right time to seek counseling. Under the guise of a wise therapist, even the most challenging relationships can find a middle ground.
