Have you ever wondered why you do certain things? Why certain people are drawn to you or what your destiny is really all about? Well, your life path number can reveal a lot about you with a simple calculation. Everyone has one, if they know their date of birth and it can answer a lot of questions.
Take my date of birth for example, which is 24th November 1981. If you add 2+4+1+1+1+9+8+1 it equals 27 then add 2 + 7 it equals 9, which means that I am a life path number 9. Numerology has been around for over ten thousand years with scholars using it to predict historical events. Try numerology with your date of birth and see the results below, which may revel, who you really are and the essence of your life.
Life path 1 – The Leader
It can be lonely at the top being number one so make sure you don’t hide yourself away from friends. The life path one is a leader and often finds that self-employment is better suited. There is a theory that number ones quite often become famous or well known in their lives as they have an ability to draw success and manifest a little easier then most other numbers. As a one you are likely to perform best when you are left to your own devices. However you can become overly stressed by your driven nature.
Life path ones often fears of never being able to find love as one is a singular number. They usually settle down later in life and are better in relationships, which allow them the freedom to be in charge or wear the trousers
Famous life path number ones include – Tom Hanks, Holly Hunter, Billy Joel, Scarlett Johansson, Magic Johnson, Wynonna Judd, Larry King, Calvin Klein, Matt Lauer, Matt LeBlanc, David Letterman, Tim McGraw, Jack Nicholson, Dan Rather, Robert Redford, Bruce Springsteen, Sting, Kate Winslet, and Tiger Woods.
Life Path 2 – The Empath
Twos love company so it’s likely you will have a lot of friends. You won’t like to be alone and forget being single for any length of time, it just doesn’t sit well with you. It is the most feminine of all of the numbers and, if you look at the shape of the 2, will recognize a symbolic representation of the ultimate survivor and an extremely resilient force. Her shape, as if bent on a knee with her head and back bowed in humility and servitude, makes it easy to dismiss her as weak and powerless. This is in stark contrast to the power and pride of the mighty and masculine 1, who will not bow for anyone at any price. However, when enough pressure is applied to the powerful warrior we see in the number 1, he will break and shatter and be done with. However when the feminine two comes under attack and burdened with a crushing weight, she will bend, she will bend as much as needed. So two is the number of resilience. They can be accused of being oversensitive. However twos are very loyal, and when they say that they love you, count on it! They welcome companionship and the chance to share their lives with someone special. They are extremely sensitive to others and have the ability to truly listen. Twos are sincere, honest and open and see the best in people. Because of their sensitivity, gentleness and loving spirit, they make an excellent friend or lover.
Life Path 3 – The Communicator
Ah the life path three, my favourite. Why? Well, to be honest, they are usually everyone’s favourite. Deep thinking, loving and feeling, the creative number three often has a lot of friends and a lot of people who would love to date them. Threes are optimistic, extremely generous and giving souls, and are able to find positive in everything around them. People like to be around them, not only because of these qualities, but also because Threes have a charismatic personality, are great listeners and are very conscious of other people’s feelings and emotions. They can easily put the people around them at ease and make them feel comfortable. In terms of working or career three’s would best be suited to something creative and possibly something that involves a little travel, preferably to far away places. Threes are dreamers and can sometimes procrastinate more then actually taking action. This can be frustrating to their partners and the often find it hard to make a decision. They usually only have one true love and if they divorce, can seldom remarry. If divorce does happen, they can wallow in self-pity and can become bitter. However the life path of a three is often full of abundance and luck so it won’t be long before a single Three has found a new life or a remote island to spend their days painting and writing poetry.
Life Path 4 – The Worker Bee
The path of a number four is all about truth. Fours find it hard to lie and can find themselves falling into a career in politics or law. Work is the centre of a Four’s universe and they can, if not careful, become a workaholic, much to the detriment of personal relationships. Fours always look for the answers, so partners or close ones who lie to a Four will seldom get away with it. The Fours like to be organized, and to put things back in their “proper place” … it is one of their strong points, and they feel better able to tackle challenges if they have a solid plan in place beforehand. They tend to be set in their ways and are drawn to leading an orderly life ie. “A place for everything and everything in its place.” Home is their haven, and if their home environment appears sloppy and unkempt, that is a sign that a Life Path 4 person is not doing well. There can be an inner yearning to conquer the world if your life path is a four. This can be wonderful but can also lead to a lot of disappointment if the goals are not met.
Famous life path fours include – Kim Kardashian, David Duchovny, Clint Eastwood, Roger Ebert, Edie Falco, Bill Gates, Jeff Goldblum, Helen Hunt, Ice-T, Elton John, Harvey Keitel, Nicole Kidman, Tea Leoni, Eva Longoria, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Rachel McAdams, Paul McCartney
Life Path 5 – The Freedom Seeker
The path of a five is one of chaos and change. If I had a pound for every psychic reading that asked me about a cheating lover who was a number 5, I would be a very rich lady. That’s not to say that Fives are all cheaters, but the fact remains that it is hard to pin down a life path Five to anything. That’s because it is the number of change. Fives like fun and fireworks and preferably this needs to happen everyday of their lives. Of course, this is not possible, so Fives can sometimes get down if life doesn’t throw a party for them to attend every week. Fives are very creative and would be better working for themselves. 9 – 5 pm for a Five? Ha, forget it. The Five may turn up to work for the first week or so on time, but after the probationary period they are playing by their own rules. Fives are very persuasive and excel at motivating people, which make them ideal candidates to become salesmen. Any career requiring travel is also a great fit for those with Life Path number 5, since it will keep them away from the routine of many other jobs, otherwise they may feel a sense of restlessness if they get stuck in a mundane or repetitive job environment. Fives are also very versatile, which makes many other career choices suitable for them. A person with a lot of 5s in their chart will want to be their own boss. This person will not enjoy working a 9 to 5 job where they have to report to someone else each day.
Famous life path Fives include – Nicolas Cage, Mary Chapin Carpenter, George Clooney, David Copperfield, Tom Cruise, Eminem, Tom Hanks, Larry King, Calvin Klein, Alanis Morissette, Jack Nicholson, Kate Winslet and Tiger Woods
Life Path 6 – The Home Maker
The loving and loyal number 6 is like the knight in shining armour every lady has been waiting for, or the wife in the frilly piny with a home-baked pie in the oven that every man is waiting to meet. They are the perfect parent or homemaker. Often marrying or settling quite young, family and love is very important to a life path 6. Sometimes life path number Six is born knowing they just want to be married and settled. If you have a six in your chart, you are home, family, or community-oriented, loving, warm, understanding, compassionate, responsible and reliable and interested in pleasing others. You are an excellent caretaker and provider, and enjoy being of service to others, and this is especially true with your family and friends. You life revolves around home and family, and your parenting instincts are very strong. The word domestic most likely describes you well, and one job you would love is being a stay-at-home parent.

Life Path 7 – The Intellect
The path of a number Seven can be a roller coaster. May famous Hollywood actors are number Sevens. They are deep thinkers and sometimes prefer to lock themselves away and just be. Sevens keep the world and those closest to them guessing. It can be really frustrating for partners as they just don’t seem to know where they stand. If they ask the number Seven where they stand, they are likely to get a very blunt answer, spurted out over a gin and tonic that the number Seven has glued to their hand. Sevens are intellectual, analytical, intuitive, reserved, natural inclination towards spiritual subjects, aloof, loner, pessimistic, secretive, and insecure; are some of the qualities of those born into the Seventh Life path. A person who is a Life Path 7 is a thinker. If your Life Path is a 7, you are wise and studious. You seek truth and wisdom in all that you do, and search for the underlying answers in everything. Your tendency is to be a perfectionist, and you expect the same from those around you. Sevens can often find themselves in the best job in the world but deeply unhappy. If you are a Seven, make sure you hang with the people who you want to, do the job you want to and if it isn’t right – say so and move on. Don’t let it fester.
Life Path 8 – The Manager
Those born with a life path number Eight should always be in charge. Even if this were manager of the schools after school football club, you would do well at giving orders. 8 is also the number of karma, so often 8s will find that patterns or situations in their lives reoccur. Eights often live a life of extremes; on one hand they might start life in poverty and end up being quite wealthy or vice versa. Eights are happiest when they have money and can become sad and depressed if not fulfilled in other ways and money is sparse. Eight represents authority, material wealth, ambition, and caution. A person with the number 8 in their chart will work diligently to achieve their goals. This person would make a good business manager and leader. They thrive on hard work, and more than any other Life Path number are prone to becoming a workaholic. They are very good with money and their work ethic makes it possible for them to acquire wealth. This pursuit of materialistic gains can hold some pitfalls for them, including a tendency to become unscrupulous in their efforts to make money, or neglect of their family and loved ones while working to earn money.
Life Path 9 – The Healer
The path of a number Nine is to help and heal others. As a life path number Nine, you may find you are the shoulder to cry on, the counselor for friends, the person who is always happy to help that old lady across the road. However, when it’s your turn to be sad or in need everyone seems to be out of town. Sound familiar? Yup, that’s right, Nines are here to serve. I too am a life path Nine and Nines are often born psychic and or with the ability to heal. If you are a Nine, then you may be deeply affected by news of bombings, killings, cruelty to animals and children and deforestation of our jungles and land. People with a Life Path 9 are humanitarians. If your Life Path is a 9, you have an extremely strong sense of compassion and generosity. You are selfless and helping others is very important to you. You not only want to help others, but you feel very deeply for those less fortunate than yourself.
You are friendly and people like you. Your generosity knows no bounds, and you give freely of your money, time and energy. Your ultimate goal is working toward a better world.
Because you are so giving, you may find that your finances are not in the greatest shape. You may also have a tendency to be scattered … your talents lie in so many different directions that you may find it difficult to focus on just one. If you are not following your Life Path and are instead pursuing materialistic gains, you could feel a deep level of dissatisfaction with yourself.
Famous life path number Nines include – Mother Theresa, Rowan Atkinson, Tyra Banks, Bea Arthur, Roberto Benigni, Jim Carrey, Harrison Ford, Morgan Freeman, Anthony Hopkins, Whitney Houston, Michael Richards, Kurt Russell and Sharon Stone.
